Port Elizabeth · Cut & Edge
This started as a flat stack of board.
We cut every panel to size and edged it. Their fitter did the rest. That is the whole business: your sizes, cut properly, ready to build.
What we do
Four things, and we do all four ourselves. Nothing gets sent out and nothing waits on somebody else’s schedule.
- 01
Supply
Chipboard, MDF, white melamine and woodgrain melamine. One sheet or a bakkie load — both are fine.
- 02
Cut
Your sizes, to the millimetre. Send a list, or bring your measurements in and we'll work through them.
- 03
Edge
Edging on the edges you choose, so nothing that shows is left raw.
- 04
Deliver
To your door across the Port Elizabeth area, or collect from North End.
The board
Four kinds cover almost everything people build. If you are not sure which one your job wants, ask — it is a thirty-second conversation and it saves buying the wrong thing.
- Chipboard
- The workhorse
- Carcasses, shelving, anything that gets covered, painted or hidden. Cheapest way to get the structure up.
- MDF
- Smooth, no grain
- Dense and even right through. The one to use when it's being painted, routed or moulded.
- White melamine
- Finished already
- Board that arrives white and wipeable. Cupboard interiors, shelves, anything that has to stay clean.
- Woodgrain melamine
- Doors and faces
- Same board, wood finish. For the parts people actually see. No painting, no sealing.
Stock moves — ask what is on the floor before you plan around it.
What your board becomes
None of these are our installs — we do not fit kitchens. Every one was built by a customer or their fitter, out of board we cut and edged. That is the part we are proud of.
